This $45 Vegan Burger Is Bigger Than Your Head
If you thought 2019 had already made your vegan food dreams come true, think again.
There’s a five pound vegan burger in Los Angeles with your name Instagram handle all over it.
Gegen is an all-vegan spot on the forever-famous Sunset Blvd. that specializes in milkshakes, burgers, pizzas, salads, and more.
The owners decided to add the five pound monster burger to its secret menu, and people are going bananas for it — especially on Instagram.
“We turned our 35-year-old Pizza Man restaurant to a 100% vegan restaurant to support vegans and the main and important thing is saving animals,” says the owner Asa.
The burger is $45 and serves four to six people.
“We use our house-made burger bun, Beyond Meat and Follow Your Heart cheese,” Asa adds.
“We are going to have many other crazy foods in the future to show any non-vegan person that we can have giant, delicious, amazing food without killing any animals!” says Asa.
